What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and create an API token. When you deploy servers, we store metadata about your servers (name, region, type, IP address).

What We Don't Collect

We don't track you across the web. We don't sell your data. We don't use third-party analytics. We don't read your server contents.

How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Provision and manage your servers
• Send you transactional emails (password resets, deploy notifications)
• Respond to support requests

Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS eu-central-1). Server provisioning is handled by Hetzner (EU-based). Our API runs on Cloudflare Workers (global edge).

• Hetzner — Server provisioning and hosting
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Cloudflare — API hosting and DNS
• Stripe — Payment processing (if you upgrade to paid)
• Resend — Transactional emails

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time, which will destroy all your servers and remove your data. Email hello@rawhq.io for any data requests.
